No. The public API uses x402 payment instead of API keys or customer accounts.
What wallet can I use?
A compatible externally owned account (EOA) capable of signing EIP-3009 authorizations on Base mainnet. Smart-contract wallets are not supported.

What if payment succeeded but I lost the response?
